Philosophy and approach to wellness
Faith’s philosophy is one of balance. She has a contagious enthusiasm about food and nutrition and is at her happiest when teaching others how to fit great food and simple effective nutrition strategies into busy lives. Whether you want to lose, gain or simply maintain a healthy weight and feel at your best, Faith’s inspiring and empowering approach to health and nutrition will teach you how to do this whilst also enjoying the ‘journey’.
She can usually be found either doing yoga or splashing around on a paddleboard or in the kitchen experimenting with a new creation (not all successful or delicious as her family and long suffering friends will attest to). Faith is a wife and a busy mum of 2 tiny girls so fully understands the pressures of trying to feed a family when time and energy levels are low.
